Ingredients:
200g of bitter chocolate, chopped
100g of unsalted butter, chopped
2 whole eggs
2 egg's yolk
1/2 cup of refined sugar (110g)
1/4 cup of sifted flour (35g)
8 spoons (soup) of creamy peanut butter
cocoa powder
Preheat the oven at 200°C. Out the chocolate and the butter in a pan, take to the light fire till the composition of chocolate melts and has a creamy texture. Put the eggs, the yolk and the sugar in a bowl and beat until it combined well. Distribute 2/3 of the composition in 4 muffins pan, with the capacity of 250ml, well greased with butter. Put 2 spoons(soup) of the peanut butter in the center of each apn, then cover with the remaining composition.
Put the pans in a broiler and take to the oven for 16-18 minutes, or till they grow. Carefully unfrom the cakes, and put cocoa powder over the cake to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
