Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup (560ml) of heavy cream
6 spoons (50g) of cocoa in powder whiteout sugar addition (Dutch process)
1 cup (200g) of sugar
1 pinch of salt
170g of chopped semisweet chocolate
1 cup (250ml) whole milk
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
Mix in a big pan, the heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Take to the fire to heat the mix, doesn't stop mixing till it begins the boil(don't let it boil, just wait till it forms bubbles are surface). Take from the fire, add the chopped chocolate and mix till it melts completely, then add the milk and vanilla. Wait it cools a little, then mix at blender for half a minute, or at least till it gets a cream like texture. Take the mix to cool at refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, or for one day to another(thats what I normally do). Use on an Ice Cream Machine, don't forget to follow the manufacturer instructions.
Another method is put at freezer and wait till it form ice crystals at paste take of the freezer and use it in a blender that can mix ice
Just remember this, making ice cream whiteout a proper machine isn't impossible, but its more difficult and might not have the same texture.
