Ingredients:
1/2 cup of flour (70g)
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 spoons (soup) of refined sugar
1 1/2 spoons (soup) of raw sugar
1 pinch or cinnamon powder
1/4 cup of rolled oats (28g)
50g of butter whiteout salt, cold and chopped
2 bananas
Preheat the oven at 180 °C. Slice the bananas and divide then equally in two refractory bowls with the capacity of 1 cup(250ml) each, lightly greased with butter. Reserve. Put the flour, the salt, the sugars, the cinnamon and the rolled oats and mix. Use the butter and, using the tip of the fingers, unite the butter and the dry ingredients, till obtain a thick crumble. Spread the crumble of the bananas and take to the oven for 30 minutes, or up till golden brown. Serve with fresh heavy cream, vanilla ice cream, or like I always do, yogurt.
Make 2 servings.
